Data gathering Telecom Providers India

Hi,

I am looking for someone in India who could gather all mobile phone tarifs of all telecom providers in India. I am looking for costs per minute and roaming and fixed costs etc for each provider. The tarifs should be bases on SIM ONLY.

If you have experience with phone companies this is a benefit. When the job is positive you might do this job each couple of weeks, to keep the information up to date.
