I want devlop an online Ondemand CRM where in turn I would be reselling it to companies who need online updation of customer database, customer complaints, requests etc.

The client in turn shoud be able to create multiple unique ID for the [url removed, login to view] the customer can login to register their queries & complaints.

The software should be integrated with SMS pull & push facilities.

All data would be stored at a master server at my end.

Call me option. Dedicated IVR integration for Inbound calls.

Should support PRI Line integration (vici dial).

## Deliverables

1) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Employer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No 3rd party components unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the employer on the site per the worker's Worker Legal Agreement).
