Data scraping and possible data entry to build a database

I would like to hire someone to compile specific statistics from websites and build a database that I can then analyze in Excel. The data is all available in table format on websites. I am trying to compile quarter by quarter statistics of NBA teams in order to do further detailed analysis and create advanced metrics. The quarterly stats for every game going back to 2005 are available online in table formats and I would like to capture that data and bring it into a spreadsheet for my further analysis.
There is also older data going back to 2002, but that is not in table format and it is play by play data that would need to be converted in to quarter by quarter stats. I would like the 2005-present data first and hopefully there can be a way to process the play-by-play text to convert it into quarterly stats as well.
I have attached a sample file showing 2 lines of data. Each line represents a game played. The data going back to 2005 would require ~7000 lines to be entered. The data going back to 2002 would be another ~4000 lines
I have added an instruction sheet that details the website and what data I would like extracted. If you look at this alongside the excel sheet I have attached you can see what is needed for this project. Also if it is possible to build a scraper that I can use for collecting future data to add to my database, please let me know.
