Data Entry/Link Building Needed ASAP

I have a list of 150 sites, with instructions on how to create an account and post a link on the site. On each site, you can post up to 3 links. I need this process done 3 times.

My budget is $100 and I need it done within 3 days. I also need you to provide an Excel spreadsheet detailing your submissions.
