For each of the 46,640 [login to view URL] project URLs I give you:
1) Visit the project URL. Click the twitter share link and a pre-populated box will pop-up. In the tweet message, there will be a shortened URL link ending with [login to view URL] (e.g. [login to view URL]). Get the short link, and then adding a “+” to the end. For example: http://kck.st/1dJk91x+
2) Follow this URL link with the + at the end of it. It will take you to the Bitly analytics page for the Kickstarter project.
3) When on the [login to view URL] analytics page:
a) Record the Total Clicks at the top.
b) First make sure the global setting should be set to ON (if it is visible for a project, not all projects will have this). At the top of the graph, make sure that ‘All time’ has been selected.
c) I will provide you with a start date and end date for each project. For each date between these dates (including them), I want you to extract the number of clicks from the graph (blue value and red value; some will display only red value)
d) Also I want you to extract the Twitter clicks and # of tweets, Facebook clicks, Google+ clicks, Other sites, and Unknown clicks:
