I have a list of 2146 entries in an excel file
The rows have varying data containing:
Business Name Dentist name Full Address Phone Website Email
These rows are missing the relating website to the dental clinic, and the email to that dental clinic. What I need is for this information to be found, and filled in
What I need is as follows
1- Search [login to view URL] for the dentist's url and e mail
2- Do this by using:
- the address
- the address + phone
- the business name + the term "google plus"
- the business name + phone, etc
3- I need you to look at the first 2 pages in google to see if there is a website, if there is fill out the excel file with the url and e mail
4- if there is no website found, mark the listing with NO-WEBSITE
Note:
Only choose the website if its the website relating to the dental practice, with the same number and address on it
Not directories or dental clinics from other countries
I need the results to be perfect
Before I accept can you provide me with
1- a step by step procedure on how you will complete this
2- a sample result from the file ill send you, so I know you are doing this the right way
If i don't receive this, or a clear indication that you read and understand the brief, I will not respond, and will delete your proposal
I have a lot of future work, and need someone who has a very good attention to detail
