data entry - create address book entries (Mac platform)

I'm looking for experienced data entry person who can help me to collect a sizable list of contacts that I would like to add to my address book.
I use Address Book app on my Mac and I need someone who works on Mac to export me a finished archive so I can sync it with my application.
The job is very simple. I need you to visit the Real Estate office websites in the area I live in (I will provide zip codes and name of the offices) and find contact info of the agent.
I need:
- agent's name
- photo (if available)
- phone number (office/cell if available)
- email address!!! (this one is very important)
- personal website (if listed)
- office address
- notes (any bio info about this agent that can be copy/pasted)
LOOK AT THE ATTACHED FILE FOR A SAMPLE ENTRY

you need to scroll down and look for the list "View All By Office". You choose offices that are in my area and you will see a full list of agents. When you click on the name, you'll see agent's info/contact.

Than it's just copy and paste. Some info (emails) is not available until you click on "printable version". Then you can see agent's email.
IMPORTANT: email addresses are the most important part of this project and I don't need entries without email.
All emails will be verified using email marketing software to avoid fake emails.
I need a contact list of at least 500-700 agents in my area.
