I have a list of 300 european companies and I am interested by some variables for the period from 2008 to 2012.

Here are the variables that must be taken are the following:

- Market value only for 2008, 2012

- Book value for all the years ( or equity and liabilities, if you dont find book value).

- Economic value added (EVA- indicator developed by Stewart).

- Market capitalisation (or market cap)

-Board size (number of the directors of the board)

- Total debt

-Total intangible assets

-Net income only for 2008 and 2012

-Diversification (number of the subsidiary companies)

-Personnel cost

-Brands (number of the brands, value of the brand)

- Number of the patents

-Market share in the industry for all the years

--Research and development expenditures for all the years

-Advertising expenditures for all the years

-Malmquist index for all the years

-Tobin's Q for the years

-Education level of the personnel (for example, the rate of employees with higher education).

-Working climate for all the years

-Success rate in product launch for all the years
