Create Filemaker Database

I need one (or possibly two) databases created in Filemaker Pro Advanced 13. The data files are Comma-delimited data files containing an extensive array of results information (including points-of-call, margins & fractions). I have the file structure. I will need to make various reports from the files in an easy-to-use format. The Comprehensive Charts File consists of a set of six record types/files. All six comma delimited files can be found in a single ZIP file. I will supply the zip files. I'm willing to pay either per hour or fixed price. I would like one database ready no later than October 28. The other (same type, different data) has no time limit.
