Delphi 2010 / mySQL data download

I have a Joomla 2.5 website (mySQL database) and need a small tool (source code & exe) for inclusion into another project of mine which

connects to the website and then:

1. downloads all Joomla 'user' records into a Firebird database table (button 'Download')

2. Uploads the data from the FDB into the mySQL tables of the Joomla website (button 'Upload')

You can use myDAC. This is a very simple program. Fixed budget 50 USD. Will prefer bidders who can provide a demo.
