Design a circuit that can drive a variable number (from 1 to 1000) of LEDs of any color or size. The LEDs must be wired fully in parallel. What would be the ideal voltage and current? What would be the limits of the kinds of LEDs? This needs to be able to be plugged into a US mains outlet.
