C++ IRC Bot

I currently have a simple base both in C++ and Java. The project was started initially in Java, but I decided to port the project to C++ due to limitations. I will need some help with the project since I am a beginner in C++. The application will connect to an IRC server and IRC channel. A user on the IRC server will be able to command the application to do several things. For example: ".echo " will be sent to the application and the application will send the message to the IRC channel. I will also need a command where the application downloads an executable from a URL (".download 0") and execute it. Also, a command that updates itself by downloading an exe from a URL and executing it after the current application terminates. I have the basic base of the program and it is very easy to work with it, I believe. I also don't want any .NET dependencies requirements and should be able to run on any Windows OS.

## Deliverables

1) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Employer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No 3rd party components unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the employer on the site per the worker's Worker Legal Agreement).
