Create a Printable agreement in Excel

I am looking for a freelancer who can make my current existing Excel File create 2 versions of a printable agreement based on the text attached.
The printable versions MUST look EXACTLY the same as the PDF attached here. The ONLY difference should be that the fillable parts of this PDF must be "cells" from excel that will be used to fill those blank spots.

Guys, to clarify, this is a JOB for a AUTOMATION PROFESSIONAL, who will AUTOMATE the excel file.
the pdf files generated by excel must be EXACTLY like the template, meaning SAME amount of lines, same positions of words, same font styles, same logos, everything must be the same.
