I am the country manager of an Oil and Gas service company in IRAQ.

We currently have a call off contracts for various Operators in the region How this works is that we submit to the client a CTR (Cost Time Resource) Estimate based on an agreed schedule of rates (See attached CTR 3rd tab on the sheet) this is then approved by the client and a Purchase order is issued and we carry out the work utilising various resources such as Labour, Equipment, transport etc.
What I would like is a cost / spend tracker template that we can implement for each Purchase order, this should work by each day someone will input the utilised resources (Labour, Supervision, Admin, transport, and equipment that have been utilised on the job the sheet should then calculate the spend for that day. The attached sheet is was we use just now.
The sheet should contain the following.
• Original value of the Purchase order defined by Labour, Equipment and PSD transport,
• The actual spend
• The funds remaining
• % Spend and remaining
• I also need is a summary of the total weekly spend for each week . I have attached the cost tracking sheet that we currently use.
• Spend Burn down chart
• Weekly report
I am looking for an easy to use sheet that captures all of the information, looks super professional, allows me to have a weekly report / summary of the spend, a cumulative summary of the spend, the sheet should be easily transferable to multiple Purchase orders and possibly with a dashboard.
