Banner Redesign - Every four Weeks

We are looking for a experienced photoshop artist who redesigns our banner that is online on a blog.
The look should be changed slightly every four weeks, also new products should be added:
The background has a vintage/broken style, the color and the look has to change.
There are 6 products to be changed, the files of the products will be online on a white background. You are bidding on the first project, but we will book you at least two times after that.
Basic flash skills are a plus.
Enclosed you see two existing designs, this style should be embraced.
We will give you a psd and a flash file, where you only change the names of the pictures that are cycled through. And of course the links for the 6 products
