As a practice we work a lot with our clients online. Part of this is sending them “newsletters” which are video, rather than traditional letter type presentations. This project will involve on ongoing relationship where you will be asked to produce about eight to ten - two to three minute flash presentations a year. The style of video we are looking at is something like this [url removed, login to view]
I will use Captivate and other tools to prepare my own video and will likely send you a cptx file. You will then need to create the flash version to give it a professional look. This will also likely mean audio as well, in that my cptx will have my voice but it will need to be either enhanced or professional audio is added.
The starting point is the two video’s on the [url removed, login to view] site. Look at these and advise what you will charge to make it look crisp and professional – including audio.
As an employer on Freelancer I have had some really good contractors, I have also had contractors who proved to be unreliable, did not listen and seemed unable to follow basic instructions. It has made me wary about hiring because although there are some really competent contractors at Freelancer hiring a bad one is painful and very time wasting.
Please look carefully at the videos, the sites and what I have said. Having done that please advise what you have in mind and what your thoughts are on what you can do to help me with this project. Telling me how good you are etc is pointless, it is much better to tell me what you have in mind for this job, what you think of the video’s I have directed you to and what your charges are likely to be etc.
