Cartoon album cover

My name is Gary and I would like to hire a freelancer willing to produce an cartoon/or animated album cover. The Title of the mix tape/album is “Last in Line” and basically I would like you to animate/or transform them into cartoon charters characters standing at the back of the line waiting to get into a club which will symbolize the music industry. The Group is composed of two artists I only really need the front cover design the the back we we only consist of the background of the front and text
