Footyfit is a service which provides its customers with ‘footy’ style coaching mixed with fitness training. “Footy” refers to the sports of Rugby, Rugby League, Oztag, and Touch Football, which all share a very common skill set.
Footyfit will give customers a unique training experience where they will learn or improve their skills in footy while engaging in physical activity and getting fit.
Qualified coaches and fitness instructors will provide customised training/coaching sessions to groups or individuals at various locations.
Sessions will be focussed on improving specific aspects, including – passing, catching, attack, defence, running, patterns of play, team work, and advanced techniques. It will also incorporate fitness training components such as bodyweight exercise, plyometric, boxing, and speed and agility exercises.
