Bug fixing and metadata addition to html site

We have a html website however the contact form does not appear to be sending the enquiries to our administrator email address. Also there is no pop up saying thank you for your enquiry or copy of email send to the sender of the email.
Also we have a newsletter subscribe functionality on the site which collects users email addresses when they input them. These addresses do not currently get sent to our administrator either.
Please fix these issues.
Also we have seo metadata, titles, keywords and descriptions which we need put on the relevant pages. We have all the metadata ready it just needs to be put on please.
This is a small job so we ask that it be completed as soon as possible.

We also need some content changes. We have a document with the changes required in Red. We will add the file with the alterations required once the job is accepted.
Also there is some text to be added to the French landing page buttons.
