Build a Gmail style email provider

I need a ready to install email platform with the same features as gmail.
Apart from the actual webmail (Which could probably be done with an existing webmail provider such as AfterLogic), I also need the following features:
- Ability for user to easily sign up (needs to be able to see available email addresses)
- Fully PayPal integrated system for users to purchase paid plans such as more disk space or a business package.
- All typical high quality email features such as IMAP synchronisation etc (basically everything gmail has)
- A modern and responsive look (just like gmail)
All bidders MUST have previous experience with complex projects such as this one and should provide skype details for further discussion.
