Build a Wordpress Website which can be edited by user easily.

Hello,

I need a website created using Wordpress theme for one of my clients. I am attaching a mock up that I created in Photoshop. Your website should resemble my mock up keeping the colour schemes the same. This website has to have the ability for my client to edit the content, change pictures, upload pictures, add text, add a warning message on the top (as shown in mock up), etc. the picture gallery page should have pictures under different categories. So 10 pictures under one category, another 10 pictures for another category under the first category and so on.

I will be needing websites for many of my clients as well. So if you can impress me with your design and pricing then you could be awarded regular website work from me. Looking to start this work ASAP.

Payment will be given ONLY AFTER the website is completed. I will pay a small milestone AFTER you show me a test website on your server where I can login on Wordpress console make changes and edit content myself. Once satisfied with design, I will need you to upload it to my server and launch website. ONLY AFTER the website is launched and ready for delivery will I make the complete payment.

If you can show me previous work of yours where you have done something similar, I will take a look at it and If I am most impressed with you, I will award you the project.
