Build a website and app - (upgrade to existing site/app)

We have a website currently and an app that were built but are ready for a major upgrade. Designs have been done for the site which reference a database at present but need some additions made.
We require the website to be built as per design brief and minor alts made to existing database.
We require the app to be updated also. Design briefs have already been completed - and data is shared between the two mediums.
Please note that this project contains alcohol related subjects and therefore may not be appropriate for some freelancers.

The website to this project has in fact been built. I do require the services of someone to update the database with some basic changes.
Once this has been completed, i require the following
Mac & Android app to be created, design brief has been completed and the data is consistent for both Website and App.
