Blurb - HP5000 Image required

I need someone with Blurb experience or at the least know how to work with the files I have (psd, eps, etc) to design a Cover for a book. I'd like to get our company colors to match with blurb printing (they use an HP 5000). The Output file would need to be 2513 x 3080 (8.4 x 10.3 inches). I have most of the items you can start with but some creative touch on your part would help.
