Cartoon/Caricature of Girl for Logo

I want an EPS vector image of a cartoon style girl. It will be modelled off myself so it is to have brown hair, blue eyes and a side fringe. It is for use on logo and business material. Originally I want this girl to just be smiling in a general position. But will also want the cartoon girl in other positions, eg; pointing at things, laughing etc. I want to be able to change colours of clothing etc. I will want to add elements like handbags or hats. For the first image I want the girl to be wearing a party hat.
I want this done ASAP, preferably in the next day or two.
Please note if selected I will continue using you for more illustrations of the cartoon girl.
See attached for style of cartoon. Simple, not too complex, kid-like and fun but modern.
