Design iOS APP GUI

I need an app design just like you see in the attached files. I need it exactly as you see them in the pages. Look and feel need to be exact. There is no additional thinking on your part. what you see in the images is what i want. This is for iPAD so make sure the sizes are accordingly for the iPAD regular not mini and not the iPHONE.

There are 9 jpeg files. I need them to look exactly like you see them in 9 PSD files with layers etc.. Budget is tight so please don't bid me in hundreds of dollars or thousands. I don't need any programming, i need simply what you see in the images in psd format with everything layered so that we can customize it accordingly. It needs to be pretty exact for milestones to be reached. Please try to keep fonts looking like what you see in the images.

Any thing you use(i.e, fonts etc..) needs to be provided with psd files.
