This application has many members with different membership and their invoices should be of different amounts.
All data to use for send in the invoices can you find in the application.
I need an invoice template similar to the invoice you will receive from me and a funtion that send all e-mail to all the different members depending on membership.
The invoice must be viewed as a PDF as HTML
