Add a comments box to my listings post and amend layout of one page

Hi i have a fully developed website and i would like a comments box to be added to the individual listings pages and the layout of the page to be amended
The user must first login to the site to post a listing and the number of comments to be displayed on the main page. I have attached images for your reference.
If you are unable to add the profile images as in the [login to view URL], please let me know
