We are a tour operator primarily offering tours to various destinations within Europe i.e. Swiss, Germany, Italy etc We are a start up and looking to build a website:
1. Fully customisable / content / photographs etc with the CMS (Drupal/Jumla/Wordpress)
2. The main menu tabs per country
3. Under each country, sub menu of the tours in that country
4. we should be able to change/amend/add new tours
5. another tab - popular tours
6. Under this tab we should be able to create/copy paste from other pages some of the popular tours
7. The tour packages can be bought/booked online
8. the customer should get automatic confirmations, email inviting him to sign the agreement electronically, he shold be able to pay online or via cheque
9. Appropriate security from the point of view of e-commerce
10. possibility to offer / buy gift coupons and also possibility to buy/adjust the gift coupon values against the purchases
11. News letters to be sent from the database of customers
12. Possibility to add/enroll people to receive updates/newsletters
13. Functionality to create newsletters and send it automatically to the people registered in the database
14. SEO
15. On home page, we should be able to pull out the 2-3 upcoming tours
16. at the backend we should be able to create tours with guaranteed travel dates.
17. From this database the information on the upcoming tours should come automatically to the home page (we need to create some section here on the home page)
