I need a website which offer services and payment method , I have already bought the domain name and web-hosting (hostgator).
The website should accept payment from Skrill (money broker ) and card payments.
the website should look very professional and decent.
you can choose CMS of your choice but i would prefer word press because its simple and i can also edit the site in future.
you should be available and constant contact with me for any changes required.
you have suggest me things that are suitable for such service website and have skrill (moneybroker) payment integration.
This website ([url removed, login to view]) is my expectation as this website does similar to what i want , so you can go through it , see the number pages , and the design. I totally didn't like the color on that website but you can design better.
please prepare a small MS word proposal for this project about the possible things and the way you will carryout this project i e CMS you will use , plugins etc. and most important the budget.
