I need to build a website that is a small scale of linked in. Of course it is much simpler than linked in, I need people to apply for positions and companies to be able to post jobs. People will be able to see which positions they have already applied and update info or cancel application. Companies will be able to see how many users applied to their positions, to see detailed users, and to export a csv file of positions. Also I would like a page with a report with some average data of users applying to a given position.
People would have the option to sign in with linked in profile.
The user will be able to search and filter
I need the site to be easy to manage, and done in a way I can add functionalities in the future. I would like it to be developed in python, or ruby, or angular. It can also be developed using a CMS. I am familiar with joomla, so it would be ok if it is developed in php if combined with joomla.
