I need someone to build a very clean and simple website for a commercial loan brokerage company. The website should be very simple, because it doesn't need any e-commerce related elements. It's main purpose is to gather the customer's information, and generate a lead. The customers should be able to read about our services and contact us.
I'm looking for a very clean and simple design (ideally black and white, very polished). I already have all the copywrite content prepared for what will be on the website. Your job will be to help stylize it.
Things I would like to see in your proposal:
*Previous websites (big plus given to finance/mortgage focus)
*What wordpress theme you plan on using
*Total Project cost (not hourly)
The content for the website is going to be very very simple. It will be your standard information. This could either be a single scroll page, or have other pages available.
*About section (describing the comapny)
*Product description (describing the services)
*Contact section (how to get in contact with us).
These are your generic wordpress pages! I'm expecting a very simple and easy design, so please in your application, please be specific as to what wordpress template you would like to use (it can be either paid or free), as well as the TOTAL PROJECT cost.
There might also be some slight design skills needed, mainly for making the header look cool and any other elements. In your application, please tell me how you will incorporate the design elements, and what your previous experience is like with that.
