I need to design and code a website under one of the CMS that is build on top codeigniter framework, the site will include a simple client portal for managing client cases ,the CMS will be used for easy content editing, i need theme design and code writing for the client portal.
The purpose of the client portal is to give the client a brief "history" of the his case and allow him access to any documents.
The client may have more than one case. Once logged in, the client enter the specific case and will be met with a "history screen" which will display the whole case on a date-by-date basis. This will only be read-only for the client, each case or update will have a comments section so the client can comment or upload documents and the admin can response to the comments.
The system admin will create the clients id and passwords.
Welcome email will be sent to the user once registered by the admin, each entry in the system should have email alert that will be triggered by system admin.
No specific Codeigniter CMS is required, I'm open for good suggestions .
