Build an inteligent website

Hi,

I want to begin to build a website for my coaching, teaching, consulting services - I teach people how to make things happen in their life, relationships, business etc... As I am still working on the content the website will have to be a shell bar the written content which will be provided sooner (the photo content I would like the designer to use stock images relevant to subject of pages)

I would like the website to be clean and simple - like apple's website similar button layout and colours etc - please look at [login to view URL] to see what I am inspired by

I would like to integrate a crm system like agile crm or if you could recommend a better one I am open as long as its not to expensive. Agile crm has some useful features that I want to include on the site such as behaviour tracking, subscription/ offer pop up and marketing. - if you think its possible to have these features without a subscription that would be amazing please let me know.

Some help with seo would go down nicely also.

My goal for phase 1 and what the first payment will be for is the website design (landing page I would like to make exceptionally excellent), layout, crm integration and written content insertion. The designer will need to place and maybe edit relevant photos into each page for a good visual browsing experience.

The 2nd phase will be inserting video content and making any adjustments, updates and changes that are needed. Also this phase we can begin link building and getting more traffic.

Please let me know if any furhter clarification is needed.
