Changes to Wordpress website

I have a Wordpress website that needs a few changes. It will not be difficult, but I am new to Wordpress and cannot figure out how to make the changes I need.
More information:

The changes I need are:
1. on the products page, I don't want a border around the blue buttons. They are in a table.
2. On the main menu, there is a logo to the left of the menu items. I need to add a logo to the right as well.
3. In the top right of the site, there is a phone number. I need that to be larger and easier to read.
Getting these things done is the top priority. I would like them to be done quickly. After they are done, I would like some documentation on how you did each change. Doesn't have to be too detailed, but just enough that I can understand how to do it myself in the future.
Also, after this is done, I may need help with additional changes in the future and would, therefore, like to establish a relationship with the developer for future projects.
