Clean up of logo/image

Graphic design skills are needed to clean up a draft image to be sent to a print shop for use on a giant 5' x 8' flag. Attached is a mock up of a basic image we want to use. Three letters AIS with the logo incorporated into the letters. The logo (eagle) does not have to be in the same location as the draft, however, we want it to look as if it is incorporated into the letters in some way. Likewise, the letters do not have to use the exact same font. For reference to the school's look and feel you may view their website at www.aischool.org. Also attached is the school's eagle logo that is to be incorporated. The colors used must be from the logo. Final product should be provided to us in .png and .jpg formats as well as .eps or psd (if available.)
