Hi,
I am looking for a web designer for my new project (continued work), before I go into the specifications of the website I have a few requirements.
-The website needs to be ultra quick, no such thing as lagging/delayed photo loading etc..
-The website needs to be made from scratch.
-Under no circumstance should the website be made on Wordpress/Drupal.
-The website needs to be responsive for Desktop/Phone/Tablet.
-The website is not to be 100% copied from Diply, If it is I will reject your final product.
-The whole image of this site is user friendly

We need a few pages called "Advertise, About Us, Terms and Conditions, Privacy"
I will need a system where I can add content creators to the website so they can create content.
Similar to wordpress there will be a Admin/ Content Creator / Subscriber.
ADMIN: can view analytics of the website, create content, change other users roles.
Content Creator: Can just creator Content
Subscriber: Have no function as of now, but I will get you to develop this website further in the coming months.
**ALL NEW USERS ARE SET TO SUBSCRIBER"
I will need a backend to the website, this will be where I can see the users of the site (Connected via Google Analytics API)
There will need to be a "NEXT" button where I can split up articles, as in "Page 1, Page 2, Page 3" etc..
The Home page for the website will similar to Diply
