Customize NoUiSlider

I found [url removed, login to view], and I like how smooth it works, but I have no idea how to get it to work, let alone customize it.

I used photoshop to show you exactly what end results I seek; see attached.

I already have the formulas, fonts, colors, placement, etc. Though I may want to make some changes when I can see it live on the site, and I'm open to suggestions.

I'm seeking the friendliest most attractive end results with basic visual effects for cleanliness and attention grabbing like drop shadows.
