Design project, a new look for a company

I need a logo designed.I am a CFO of a company focused on health care services (therapy, consulting for other health care services and so on). The firm also acts as an asset management company and might move towards financial consulting too.
I just got hired to put the firm back on track. First of all, I want to take care of how it looks. I need an elegant, but modern company logo. A business card design that fits well with the logo would be a nice thing too.
I also need to "renovate" the very old look of company's web site. graphical side has to be in line with a new logo, and the code should be also rewritten probably.
I would like to get offers on following services:
1. A new logo design (only)
2. A new logo design, and a business card design to go along it.
3. A new logo design, business card design, and a "mock" website graphical design
4. A new logo design, business card design, and a website design (both graphical and a rewritten code, since the old site is very old code and it shows)
I hope I'll get some offers, and then I will gladly explain more about the company. For graphical designs, I would prefer to get a few options to choose from.
