I need you to develop some software for me. I would like this software to be developed for Windows . I want a software developed to put some images in a predefined layout format.
I would like to input between 4-6 images and the get an output of a single image in a layout format. The software should also allow me to add text to the layout. I need the option to be able to choose the output format - tiff, jpeg etc and also be able to choose the final resolution - 300 dpi or 72 dpi etc.
