its a responsive website, we want some modification on the site

(i) some changes in vendor form and pop up notification on vendor dashboard regarding two instruction ( one of bank or payment receiving mode and second for a small survey)

(ii) developing three pages linked on the main page ( see the black bar " mega menu" HAVING three items ; estimate, leads, second review). These three pages to be made as per the guidance on the attached page

(iii) adding a page on the customer " MY ACCOUNT" called My Need / estimate
