We need to create a custom styled CSS/JavaScript numeric field control with spinners. It should look like in the attached video spinner.wmv.
Could use CSS3 and jQuery. Should work in at least this browser version: Chromium Version 27.0.1426.0 (185274). Work can be delivered in jsfiddle or similar site.
