Convert Subtitle Files from SBV to VTT [Easy Job]

Hi there,
This is a very simple job that I would like done fairly quickly.
I have 107 subtitle files currently in SBV format which I need converted to webVTT so that the subtitle files will work on Vimeo.
All I need is the files converted to the new format and for them to work. I have tried a couple of online converters and only one of them has worked so far. Being this one: [url removed, login to view]
This could be a very easy job and a quick earner for someone.
