Adsense Site Generating $20 USD Per day

I'm looking for a very professional Google Adsense website creator that is able to create an Adsense site that must generate AT LEAST $20 USD per day. Please show me some proof once the work has done that it really makes at least that amount daily. If you are not capable to deliver such task you don't have to bid.

You will be responsible for writing the SEO optimized content, fully configuring and updating the website. Website should be developed using Wordpress.

Site MUST adhere to the following :

- Domain name search

- Provide overview plan before starting the project

- Contain unique content with unique posts/articles for one year (1 article/week), meaning 50 articles that are not published yet

- Must be original and SEO optimized with keywords used frequently

- SEO Marketing as required

- Must generate AT LEAST $20 per day

- WordPress based WEBSITE

- Any niche except adult, Pharmacy, violence, gambling are not acceptable sites. MUST ADHERE TO ADSENSE "TERMS OF SERVICE" 100%

- All copyrights will be assigned to me in writing

- Must contain related images to niche topic

- Design must be neat and optimized to attract people to click on the ads

- Unique organic traffic (no bots or traffic buy sites)

- Not Autoblogs

- Must Be Adsense optimized

- Have my Google Analytics plugin installed and linked to the same Google account as adsense

- Install all the blog on my hosting, ready to work.

This will be for a new adsense I account I will register. When the website is setup, I will register a new adsense account.

I will pay the amount of bid only AFTER I see constant income in my adsense account and until I get paid from Google. (meaning that the site must meet or exceed the required income of minimum $20 USD per day for 30 full days)I will hold the payment for 30 days until this has been confirmed.

No partial payments, When conditions have been met successfully, you will be paid in full. The bidder should consider the following points:

• Tell me how you direct and increase traffic to the website.

• Show me the proof of income after 30 days of launching of website, day by day statics to be provided ( Unique Visitor, Unique clicks, ad clicked, text-ads clicked)

• Show me some of your previous website/blogs that you already created (that must not be your own)

Website, traffic and ads clicks must be 100% within Adsense "TERMS OF SERVICE". I cannot risk my Adsense account. TRAFFIC AND CLICKS MUST BE WHITE-HAT ONLY!

Website Niche and keyword research, domain name search, domain name registration - only .com/.net/.org domains (I will register suggested domain name and provide the webspace). This needs to be completed within 2 weeks of project award. Install all the blog on my hosting, ready to work.
