Affiliate marketing of UK mobile phone products

I am an affiliate for a UK mobile provider and need to increase my sales.
As such I am looking for a freelancer who I can provide URLs to mobile products which will generate sales for me.
In return for a valid sale generated by the freelancer, I will pay a 20% share of my commission (your share could be as high as $30 USD for some products).
Please be clear, I provide the URL(s) that link directly to the mobile provider, and only sales generated from this URL will be counted.
I am not looking for SEO marketing for my website, simply partners to take the links and turn them into valid sales.
The links are directly to the UK mobile provider and not any third party shop.
Sales take two weeks to process and become valid, but using the URL(s) I provide I can track this in real time.
