Create animated logo for a website - repost

We need an animated part of a logo for a website, which consists of three shapes...They should look like three undefined constantly changing random forms, which sometimes seems to "twining around the other ones", moving forming, pulsing - billow in an "organic" way, but also smooth and slowly.
Furthermore, they should always overlap at least at one point and be recognizable as a complex belonging together. The color of each shape has to be a gradient, not just a single color (perhaps changing the color..but that is still open) and each shape should also be a little transparent to make the other shapes visible. Also these shapes should respond to mouse movements and actions (click + drag ).

... but a little bit more intensive - more movement, more color, etc.
Some examples of how it could looks like you can find in the attached file (...just some sketches..).. however, it may also look completely different ..
We had someone who started with this project, but unfortunately he could not finish it. So we need now someone who can adapt, improve and finish the previous solution (has to be familiar with HTML Canvas) or simply start from scratch. The result should be delivered it in a way we can easily implement on a website.

It can be done with HTML5 Canvas and some javascript. The issue is with <IE9 and IE9 because <IE9 does not support canvas and gradient.
