Skills Needed - I order of priority:

1. Very Advance CSS

2. Very Advance Javascript

3. Very Advance Spring + Java

Usecase:

Make [url removed, login to view] more professional looking.

1. Add Images to the following section:

a. Interview/Sample Reports etc...

2. Convert the entire site to Spring MVC

3. Change the attachement to a Reports and make it work with the website.

4. Make 10 cosmetic changes - Need to have solid Google Checkout/Google OpenID and Bootstrap/CSS understanding.

5. Needs to have working captcha for form submission.

Final:

Person who delivers the work completely will get hourly project assigned - But work needs to be top quality.
