I'm looking for a Java or Python app that can take an audio file as input & convert it into a new audio file, where the track is completely replaced with animal sounds. The animal sounds can be synthesized one of two ways:
- Programmatically, but they need to sound realistic
- By using a library of animal sounds, then auto-tuning any notes that don't quite have a complete match
- We'll start with instrumentation tracks only, then we'll work with multiple layers for instrumentation and vocals.
The language can be either Java or Python. The output will be an audio file of the same length and same overall sound as the input file.
In your bid please include:
1) Which language you will use
2) Whether you would synthesize vocals, pull from a library of vocals, or some combination of the two
