Dear Partners,
This task is for the knowledge warriors who like programming and learning. You would be trained and be better programmer and person after this.
You would be working WITH me not FOR me.
He/She will perform the following tasks; programming(Java and C) and with clear explanations, short summaries in your own words on articles and courses(IT MOOC on A.I,Algorithms and more) in Powerpoint or & Prezi or/and Word format, video-editing, research, various miscellaneous tasks.
Some days would be high and some days would be low.. During the high period, we have to work closely and it may take 12-14 hours per day for the whole 1-1.5 weeks .
(typically 5-8 days)
After the high period,I would give you time-out and "work for lesser hour" or even give you a 1-7 OR X days paid breaks.
During the low period, it would be 30mins ,but you need do reading motivation,life,psychology,programming books and research like A.I,Algorithm or other stuff for the other 7h30mins. FYI, The " 8 working hours" is just a gauge.

5.)If we really need your help you and it crashes with your public holiday, is it ok that we compensate you 2-4 extra holidays during the low-period.(RARELY)
