Create a Color Button preview widget using JS DOM

I need a JS widget that can update color of a button in real time from a color wheel picker.

You must be able to create something similar to the following:

See the "Colored Widget" and the "Tab Widget"

1. Must use open source or free license color wheel script. Easy UI pop-up on click with HEX fill in option is needed. Notify ahead which colorwheel picker script will be used.

2. Notice that it must change/fill the color from within the button and the number separately AND must take care of if logo on the button, edges, rounded corners, dimension/size flawlessly.

3. Tab/button must be re-positioned(9 locations) along the inner line of the rectangle/square like shown in the "tab widget" section.

4. Must be HTML5 compatible and backwards with all popular browser versions.
