Cordova Smartcard Plug-in - Reposted

I am looking for a Cordova 5.0 plug-in to read personal data and photo from national ID card or ISO 7816 compliant smartcard as soon as user inserts the ID card to the card reader, or I can send an action to the plug-in using [url removed, login to view]() function to read data out from the Card. The plug-in shall also provide event detection, such as onCardPresent, onCardAbsent, onReadProgressing and some other APIs such as cardIsPresented(), soundPlay() to notify change of these events.

The plug-in should at least work on Android, iOS and Windows Phone. Developer need to deliver source codes, compiled code and instructions on how to use it in a Cordova project.

Conditions:

1. I can NOT provide SDK that was stated in my original post since the SDK is proprietary and limited for re-distribution.

2. Instead, I can provide the APDU commands for reading data and photo out from the national ID card

3. Only will candidates be considered, who send me pseudo API, high level but detailed enough to describe how the final deliverable will be functioning.

4. Tax receipt is required for payment.
